WhizzHR is hiring a Sales Executive – Architectural Model Making
Job Overview
We are looking for a motivatedSales Executive to join our architectural model-making company. The ideal candidate should have previous sales experience in the real estate industry and a good understanding of property developments, developers, and project presentations. This role involves generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and promoting our high-quality architectural models to developers, architects, consultants, and contractors.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities and achieve monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain relationships with developers, real estate companies, architects, consultants, and contractors.
Meet clients to understand project requirements and present our model-making solutions.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on inquiries.
Coordinate with the production team to ensure client requirements are clearly communicated.
Attend meetings, exhibitions, and networking events to develop business.
Maintain an updated CRM and submit regular sales reports.
Ensure excellent customer service before, during, and after project completion.
Requirements
2–5 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
