Through our innovative dine-in ordering, payment, and paging technology, we empower restaurants, beach clubs, and hotels to streamline operations, reduce waiting time, and enhance guest satisfaction while elevating human service, not replacing it.

As we expand into Egypt's prime hospitality zones, we're seeking a driven and connected Sales Executive to lead growth in the Red Sea region.

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition:

Identify and close deals with restaurants, beach clubs, and hotels across the Red Sea coast. Generate new leads and convert them into long-term customers.

Sales Presentations & Demonstrations:

Deliver clear and persuasive product demos tailored to each client's operational setup and guest experience goals.

Territory Development:

Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline in the Red Sea area, with a strong understanding of the regional hospitality market.

Relationship Management:

Develop strong relationships with owners, GMs, and F&B managers. Be their trusted point of contact for all sales-related matters.

Collaboration with Operations:

Ensure a smooth handover and implementation process post-sale by coordinating with the onboarding and support teams.

Reporting & CRM:

Maintain accurate sales activity records, forecasts, and status reports using internal CRM tools.

Brand Representation:

Represent OIIO professionally at local hospitality events, exhibitions, and partner meetings.

Qualifications

25 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in hospitality tech, SaaS, POS, or F&B services

Strong network within the Red Sea hospitality industry

Tech-savvy, with an ability to explain digital platforms and devices

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region or preferably living in the Red Sea region
