Job Description

Are you someone who loves meeting people, closing deals, and turning conversations into conversions As a Sales Executive, you'll be on the front line of our growthconnecting with customers, understanding their needs, and matching them with the right products or services. You'll own your sales pipeline end-to-endfrom first contact to post-sale follow-upswhile building lasting customer relationships and contributing directly to the company's success.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Sales & Customer Engagement

  • Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through showroom walk-ins, referrals, networking, and digital leads.
  • Engage every leadonline inquiries, phone calls, walk-ins, or referralspromptly and professionally, leaving no opportunity unattended.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions that truly fit.
  • Deliver confident product demonstrations, clearly explaining features, benefits, and value propositions.

Closing & Performance

  • Negotiate terms, close deals efficiently, and ensure smooth transaction processing.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Track your own performance metrics and share regular progress updates with your supervisor.

Product Knowledge & Market Awareness

  • Stay up to date with product features, pricing, specifications, and competitor offerings.
  • Educate customers on financing options, warranties, and after-sales services to support informed purchase decisions.
  • Monitor competitor activity and share relevant market insights with management.

Customer Experience & After-Sales Support

  • Handle customer questions and concerns promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Provide post-sale support, including follow-ups, documentation assistance, and relationship management.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Reporting & CRM Management

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and lead reports as required.

What You Bring

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • 13 years of experience in sales or customer service, ideally within automotive or retail.

Skills & Attributes

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication skillsclear, persuasive, and customer-friendly.
  • A customer-first mindset with solid problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and basic Microsoft Office tools.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work both independently and within a team.
  • Knowledge of the automotive market, financing options, and competitor products is a strong plus.

How Success Is Measured (KPIs)
  • Monthly and quarterly sales volume.
  • Lead-to-sale conversion rate.
  • Customer Satisfaction Score (CSS).
  • Number of follow-ups and repeat customers.
