Job Title: Sales Executive – Fashion Wholesale
Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and commercially driven Sales Executive to support and grow our global wholesale business. This role is focused on driving both immediate (ATS) sales and forward seasonal bookings, while managing key accounts and executing day-to-day sales activity.
Working closely with the Sales Manager and cross-functional teams, you will play a key role in converting opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring smooth sales operations.
Must be based in Dubai and ideally available to start immediately.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Execution
- Drive Immediate Business (ATS) through reorders, in-season selling, and stock optimization
- Proactively engage existing accounts to maximize sell-through opportunities
- Support forward sales through market appointments, tradeshows, and follow-ups
- Identify and act on new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts
Account Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale buyers
- Support growth and retention across assigned accounts
- Manage orders and building of each of the given territories business
Pipeline & CRM Management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Pipedrive (CRM)
- Track all opportunities, orders, and communications
- Ensure consistent follow-up and clear visibility of pipeline
Sales Operations
- Ensure all orders are accurately processed and aligned internally
- Coordinate with Production, Logistics, Finance, and Customer Service teams
- Maintain organized sales documentation and support reporting
Payments & Follow-Up
- Work with Customer Service to follow up on outstanding payments
- Maintain regular communication with customers on payment timelines
- Flag risks or delays proactively
Marketing & Product Feedback
- Collaborate with Marketing on sales-driven initiatives
- Provide real-time feedback from buyers on product performance and demand
Key Requirements
- 2–5 years experience in wholesale fashion sales (premium/contemporary preferred)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proactive, hands-on, and commercially driven
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Experience with CRM systems (Pipedrive preferred)
