Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Qesm 2nd 6 October, Egypt. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks will include conducting market research, generating leads, negotiating contracts, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills to effectively meet client needs and contribute to business growth.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in lead generation, customers relationship management, and conducting market research
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze client needs, prepare proposals, and close sales
  • Experience in the shipping, logistics, or maritime industry is a plus
  • Goal-oriented mindset with proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Familiarity with sales tools and CRM software
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Logistics, or relevant experience
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
