Sales Executive - Skincare

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales and achieve store targets through effective customer engagement and product recommendations.

• Maintain strong knowledge of skincare, beauty products, and brands to support customer needs.

• Maximize sales through cross-selling and up-selling.

• Build strong customer relationships and follow up with regular and high-potential customers.

• Ensure proper merchandising, product availability, and store presentation.

• Adhere to store KPIs, SOPs, inventory, expiry, and company policies.

• Ensure accurate handling of sales transactions and required documentation.

• Follow company, regulatory, and loss prevention policies at all times.

• Be flexible to work across different shifts and locations based on business requirements.

Eligibility Criteria:

• High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree preferred

• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in skincare, beauty, cosmetics, or healthcare

• Strong knowledge of skincare and beauty products

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
