Job Summary We are seeking a motivated sales executive to drive business growth in private label products. The role focuses on identifying new clients, managing existing accounts, preparing quotations, and ensuring smooth coordination of projects from concept to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Business Development Identify and pursue new business opportunities in private label products. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Achieve sales targets and generate new leads. Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate contracts. Product & Project Coordination Manage private label projects from concept to completion.
  • Coordinate with design, sourcing, and production teams.
  • Ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. Customer Relationship Management Maintain regular communication with clients.
  • Address enquiries and concerns and provide after-sales support. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Reporting & Coordination Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales (apparel, uniforms, or private label preferred).
  • UAE driving license is an advantage.
  • Skills Strong sales and negotiation skills. Good communication and presentation skills. Knowledge of apparel/uniforms and branding methods.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects. Basic knowledge of CRM/ERP systems.

  • Conversion of leads to orders.
