Sales Executive

Role Description This full-time, on-site Sales Executive role is based at the smartbox factory facility in Riyadh. The Sales Executive is responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, managing a pipeline of prospects, and conducting client meetings to present smartbox factory products and solutions. Daily activities include preparing and delivering sales proposals, negotiating pricing and contract terms within guidelines, and following up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and referrals. The role involves close collaboration with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure accurate order processing, timely delivery, and high customer satisfaction. The Sales Executive is expected to maintain detailed records in the CRM system, prepare regular sales reports, and contribute insights to help refine sales strategies and achieve revenue targets.
Qualifications

• Proven sales and business development skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals in a B2B environment.
• Strong client relationship management abilities, with experience in conducting professional presentations and negotiations.
• Solid understanding of industrial or manufacturing operations, preferably within packaging or related sectors.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• Comfort with CRM tools, basic data analysis, and reporting to track performance and forecast sales.
• Ability to work on-site in Riyadh, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Prior experience in the Saudi market and proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
