About the job
SportPlex is seeking an energetic and customer-driven Sales Executive to promote memberships and programs across our multi-sport facility. You will play a key role in engaging new members , presenting SportPlex offerings, and supporting members in choosing the right fitness and sports programs.
Job Accountabilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales leads across assigned markets and segments.
- Conduct outreach through calls, messages, meetings, and networking to generate new opportunities.
- Present product/service offerings to prospective members in a compelling and professional manner.
- Understand members needs and develop tailored sales proposals.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing members to encourage repeat business.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
- Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and campaigns to support brand visibility.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while ensuring high members satisfaction.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and best sales practices.
Required Competencies:

- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Basic understanding of CRM systems and sales tracking tools
Experience:
- 24 years of sales experience in hospitality, fitness, or service-based industries (preferred).
- Experience in customer service or client-facing roles is an advantage.
