Job Description

We're Hiring — Sales Executive (B2B)

We're a growing Marketing & Software Development Agency looking for an ambitious and energetic Sales Executive to help us generate opportunities, win new clients, and grow our business.

Responsibilities

Research and identify potential B2B clients.
Generate leads through LinkedIn, email, calls, networking, and other channels.
Conduct cold outreach and follow up with prospects.
Qualify leads and schedule client meetings.
Understand client needs and present our marketing and software services.
Prepare presentations, quotations, and proposals.
Follow up on opportunities and support negotiations and closing.
Maintain an organized CRM and sales pipeline.
Build relationships with prospects and existing clients.
Attend meetings, networking events, and industry events.
Use AI tools daily for prospecting, research, outreach, preparation, and sales productivity.

Requirements

1–3 years of B2B sales, business development, or account management experience.
Graduation year: 2022 or later.
Good English, written and spoken.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skill.
Comfortable with cold calling and approaching new clients.
Strong practical use of AI tools is a must.
Proactive, persistent, target-driven, and confident.
Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.
