Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven B2B Sales Executive to identify and develop new business opportunities, manage key channel and trade relationships, and drive category growth across the assigned territory.

The role combines hands-on sales execution with category and channel strategy, supply chain coordination, and cross-functional collaboration with marketing, supply chain, and business partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential B2B customers and opportunities through research and networking.
  • Understand client needs and provide suitable product/service recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline.
  • Plan, execute, and achieve annual sales, expenses, and profitability budgets by category and channel.
  • Translate and align annual sales and marketing budgets with business partners and channel partners on agreed ROI.
  • Develop category/customer-specific strategies, promotions, and pricing calendars.
  • Ensure proper supply chain management, forecasting, inventory, and distribution to maintain adequate and healthy stock levels across the channel and business partners.
  • Submit timely forecasts, weekly reports, monthly highlights, and other related reports for the defined territory.
  • Proactively update management on marketplace developments, including competitor behavior, product issues, customer changes, wins, or potential misses.
  • Maintain excellent trade relations and customer support through effective execution of product strategy combined with a thorough understanding of customer needs and marketplace conditions.
  • Ensure and keep abreast of necessary product compliance requirements for each country.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years in B2B sales, business development, or key account management; experience in category/channel management preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • FMCG, B2B distribution, trade/channel sales, or related commercial sectors.
  • Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
  • Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
