Job Description

Job Purpose

The Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales, building strong customer relationships, and promoting automotive products and services. This role requires achieving sales targets, providing excellent customer service, and representing the company professionally to enhance brand reputation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and engage potential customers to promote vehicles, services, and accessories.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Present and demonstrate vehicles to customers, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Prepare quotations, process orders, and follow up on pending deals.
  • Maintain customer records and ensure accurate data entry in CRM or sales systems.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing after-sales support as needed.
  • Collaborate with marketing and service departments to implement promotions and campaigns.
  • Attend product training sessions to stay up-to-date with new models and automotive trends.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or Sales Consultant in the automotive industry.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicles, features, and automotive market trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage in GCC markets).
