Sales Executive

Job Summary

The Sales Executive is responsible for delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced airport retail environment. The role focuses on assisting customers, promoting products, and maintaining high standards of store presentation while working flexible shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Help customers locate products and suggest suitable alternatives
• Provide accurate product information and basic customer support
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and shelf presentation
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well stocked
• Follow company policies, security, and airport regulations
• Support team members to ensure smooth daily store operations

Requirements & Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in sales, retail, travel retail, or other high-volume environments
• Experience in food and beverage industry
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including night shifts
• English and Arabic language skills suitable for customer service
• Outgoing, positive personality with strong customer engagement skills
• High standard of personal grooming and professional appearance
• Must be eligible to obtain:
• Airport security pass
• Municipality license for working with food
• Candidates must not be currently studying
