Role purpose
The Sales Executive is responsible for driving membership growth by delivering a professional, customer-focused sales experience suitable for standard branch locations.
This role actively engages prospects, conducts structured tours, performs detailed follow-ups, and ensures every potential member receives clear information, respectful service, and a positive sales experience.

- eDeliver a warm, respectful, culturally sensitive greeting and service to every visitor
- .Tailor the sales experience to different member segments including individuals, families, and corporate clients
- .Provide one-to-one consultations and clear membership explanations when needed
- .Demonstrate deep knowledge of services, classes, trainers, schedules, and branch features
- .Coordinate closely with the Member Experience team for seamless new member onboarding
- .Proactive Outreach & Community Engagemen
- tConduct outbound calls, WhatsApp follow-ups, and email campaigns for lead nurturing
- .Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, residential communities, and corporate partners to generate referrals
- .Attend activations, events, and neighborhood engagements representing the branch professionally
- .CRM Compliance & Reportin
- gLog all interactions, follow-ups, tours, and outcomes accurately in the CRM
- .Maintain organized lead pipelines and ensure real-time updates for management visibility
- .Provide daily and weekly reports on leads, conversions, challenges, and opportunities
- .Teamwork & Branch Alignmen
- tCoordinate with the Sales Manager on daily priorities, sales strategy, and pipeline management
- .Support branch-wide activities, member events, and promotional campaigns
- .Uphold professional grooming, etiquette, communication tone, and professionalism at all times

EExperience & qualification
sMINIMUM QUALIFICATION
- SEDUCATION: Secondary-school certificate (high-school diploma); a tertiary qualification is NOT required
- .TOTAL EXPERIENCE: Minimum 1 year of total work experience (any sector)
- .RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: No minimum relevant experience is required; however, the candidate must demonstrate basic competency in the duties of the role
- .Non-relevant experience (e.g., experience in unrelated industries or functions) does NOT substitute for the relevant-experience requirement above
.PREFERRED QUALIFICATION
- SEducation: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Communications, or a related discipline
- .Certification: CRM / Salesforce certification
- sCertification: Recognised sales methodology certification (SPIN, Sandler, Challenger
- )Saudi National (KSA): preferred to support Saudization / Nitaqat compliance; not a blocking criterion
- .Languages: working proficiency in both Arabic and English (Arabic preferred but not mandatory for fitness-coach and specialist technical roles)
