The Role

We are looking for a Sales Executive (1–3 years experience) who understands that modern sales isn't about aggressive pitching—it's about consulting, identifying real business pain points, and presenting tailored marketing systems as the solution.

You will own the client acquisition journey, targeting high-potential brands in the GCC market, and managing relationships from the initial hook to a successful close.

What You'll Actually Do

• Drive the Pipeline: Research, prospect, and qualify new inbound and outbound B2B leads across the region.
• Consult & Pitch: Run sharp, value-driven discovery calls and presentations that clearly articulate the ROI of THRIII's digital marketing services.
• Close Deals: Scope client needs, draft high-converting proposals, negotiate terms, and sign contracts.
• Collaborate Internally: Work hand-in-hand with our internal marketing and creative teams to ensure client expectations seamlessly align with execution.
• Manage the Data: Keep our CRM updated, track your sales metrics, and use data to constantly optimize your outreach hooks.

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of proven sales experience (Experience in an agency environment, B2B tech, or digital marketing sales is highly preferred).
• Familiarity with the GCC market is a massive plus.
• Strong Digital Marketing Literacy: You understand the digital ecosystem well enough to confidently talk strategy, creative solutions, and growth systems with decision-makers.
• Flawless Communication: Persuasive, natural, and highly professional verbal and written communication skills in English.
• An Execution Mindset: You treat no as market data, manage your time like an entrepreneur, and rely on CRM data to guide your daily strategy.
