Job Description

We're looking for a results-driven Sales Executive who thrives on speed, structure, and closing deals. In this role, you'll convert inbound leads into activated, paying merchants through fast follow-up, strong qualification, and confident remote selling.

If you love working the phone, running online demos, and hitting consistent monthly targets — this role is for you.

What You'll Do

Inbound Sales & Lead Conversion

  • Respond quickly to inbound leads via phone, CRM, and digital channels
  • Qualify merchants based on size, needs, and product fit
  • Deliver compelling elevator pitches and product demos via calls and online meetings
  • Close subscription deals remotely with confidence and professionalism

Deal Routing & Team Collaboration

  • Identify large or complex opportunities and route them to the right teams
  • Ensure smooth handovers with clear documentation and CRM ownership

CRM & Sales Discipline

  • Keep CRM records accurate and up to date (lead status, notes, outcomes, reasons won/lost)
  • Use call recordings and transcripts to refine your pitch and objection handling
  • Follow sales playbooks, scripts, and SOPs consistently

Performance & Targets

  • Achieve monthly goals for revenue, activated merchants, and conversion rates
  • Focus on steady, predictable pipeline conversion
  • Participate in coaching sessions, call reviews, and feedback loops

How Success Is Measured

  • Monthly revenue target
  • Number of activated paying merchants
  • Lead-to-sale conversion rate
  • Lead response time
  • CRM accuracy and pipeline hygiene

Success in this role means being fast, consistent, and reliable — not just closing one big deal, but delivering strong performance every month.

What We're Looking For

Required:

  • 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or inbound sales
  • Strong phone presence and objection-handling skills
  • Comfortable selling remotely via calls and video demos
  • Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot is a plus)
  • Target-driven mindset with strong execution discipline

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in fintech, SaaS, payments, or SMB-focused products
  • Familiarity with F&B, retail, or service-based merchants
  • Exposure to call analytics or sales enablement tools
