Job Description

Al Douri Group is looking for talented Sales Executives!

Job Purpose:

To drive sales and revenue growth by identifying, developing, and maintaining strong relationships with wholesale and trading clients. The Sales Executive will execute strategic sales plans, close deals, and ensure customer satisfaction within the wholesale and trading market.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring strong, long-term relationships.
  • Conduct detailed industry research to identify potential clients and assess their needs.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets in Class B and trading segments.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the retail channels.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers, distributors, and retailers.
  • Present and promote company products to existing and new Self Service customers using strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Conduct regular market visits and client meetings to understand business needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Handle pricing, delivery coordination, and post-sale service efficiently to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Track sales activities and prepare accurate reports, including sales forecasts and competitor analysis.
  • Coordinate with supply chain/logistics to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
  • Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and product developments relevant to the trading sector.
  • Ensure accurate and timely entry of data into CRM systems and maintain proper documentation.
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to credit policies.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES:

  • In-depth understanding of wholesale and trading dynamics and customer requirements.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Knowledge of pricing structures, trading terms, and logistics coordination.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and a strong team player with the ability to work independently.
