Job Description

Financial Services Sales Executive in Saudi Arabia drives revenue by acquiring corporate (B2B) or retail (B2C) clients for financial institutions. Responsibilities include prospecting leads, managing sales cycles, onboarding clients, and cross-selling banking, fintech, or financial services while meeting strict monthly and annual targets.

Core Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition: Proactively source, pitch, and acquire new corporate (SMEs) and/or individual clients through visits, networking, and cold outreach.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Oversee the complete deal cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation, deal closure, and onboarding.
  • Product Promotion: Present financial solutions
  • Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, address pain points, and drive account growth.
  • Market Awareness: Stay updated on local Saudi market trends, the competitive landscape, and regulatory developments (e.g., SAMA compliance).

Key Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 2 to 3+ years of proven sales experience within the banking, lending, fintech, or financial services sector in Saudi Arabia.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in Arabic (both written and spoken) is strictly required for local market engagement, alongside a strong working knowledge of English.
  • Market Knowledge: A well-established, local network of key industry players and decision-makers (especially in major hubs like Riyadh, Jeddah, or the Eastern Province).
  • Soft Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with a highly consultative selling approach.
