Census Travel & Tours is looking for motivated and customer-focused Sales Executives to join our team. The role involves promoting travel and tourism services, handling customer inquiries, generating leads, and achieving sales targets.

Arabic-Speaking Sales Executive – 1 Position

Fluent in Arabic and English
Strong communication and customer service skills
Experience in travel and tourism sales is preferred

Filipino-Speaking Sales Executive – 1 Position

Fluent in Filipino/Tagalog and English
Strong communication and customer service skills
Experience in travel and tourism sales is preferred

South Indian Sales Executive – 1 Position

South Indian language proficiency preferred, including Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, or Kannada
Good command of English
Strong communication and customer service skills
Experience in travel and tourism sales is preferred

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell travel packages, holiday packages, flight tickets, and other travel-related services.
Handle customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, social media, and walk-in customers.
Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable travel products and services.
Generate new leads and convert inquiries into sales.
Follow up with potential and existing customers.
Maintain strong customer relationships and provide professional customer service.
Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Prepare quotations and provide accurate information about travel services.
Coordinate with the relevant departments to ensure smooth booking and customer service.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities.
Develop new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the company.
