Sales Expert

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers in a polite and professional manner that reflects the brand image.

Provide comprehensive information about available products, including ingredients, features, and usage.

Assist customers in selecting suitable fragrances based on their needs and personal preferences.

Recommend complementary products to enhance customer satisfaction and improve the overall shopping experience.

Deliver excellent customer service and handle inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally.

Organize and arrange products in-store to ensure an attractive and well-structured display.

Process sales transactions and complete payments accurately in accordance with company policies.

Contribute to achieving monthly and annual sales targets.

Monitor inventory, assist in receiving new stock, and ensure proper product display within the store.

Required Skills:

Excellent communication skills with the ability to build positive customer relationships.

Good knowledge of perfume types and ingredients (previous hands-on experience in the field is preferred).

Strong sales and persuasion skills with the ability to meet sales targets.

Ability to work within a team in a dynamic work environment.

Proficiency in handling POS systems and various payment methods.

Attention to detail and accuracy.
