Job Description

The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep undeKey Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow sales with assigned pharmacy chains and top independent pharmacies.

  • Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing, trade terms, and promotional support with pharmacy partners.

  • Develop and execute account plans aligned with company sales and marketing strategies.

  • Ensure product listing, visibility, and compliance with planograms in all pharmacies.

  • Coordinate promotional activities, sampling programs, and in-store activations with pharmacy accounts.

  • Monitor sell-out, stock levels, and product performance to optimize replenishment and minimize out-of-stock.

  • Train pharmacy beauty advisors and sales staff on product knowledge and brand positioning.

  • Collect insights on consumer trends, competitor activities, and pharmacy market dynamics.

  • Collaborate with Trade Marketing Supervisor to deliver impactful point-of-sale (POSM) materials and merchandising support.

  • Prepare monthly reports on pharmacy sales performance and promotional ROI.

Prefered Qualifications & Skills

  • 35 years of account management/sales experience in cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, or FMCG.

  • Strong network and knowledge of pharmacy chains and independent pharmacy operations.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.

  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret sales data and forecast demand.

  • Proficiency in MS Office

  • Ability to travel frequently to visit pharmacy clients.
