- Manage and grow sales with assigned pharmacy chains and top independent pharmacies.
- Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing, trade terms, and promotional support with pharmacy partners.
- Develop and execute account plans aligned with company sales and marketing strategies.
- Ensure product listing, visibility, and compliance with planograms in all pharmacies.
- Coordinate promotional activities, sampling programs, and in-store activations with pharmacy accounts.
- Monitor sell-out, stock levels, and product performance to optimize replenishment and minimize out-of-stock.
- Train pharmacy beauty advisors and sales staff on product knowledge and brand positioning.
- Collect insights on consumer trends, competitor activities, and pharmacy market dynamics.
- Collaborate with Trade Marketing Supervisor to deliver impactful point-of-sale (POSM) materials and merchandising support.
- Prepare monthly reports on pharmacy sales performance and promotional ROI.
Prefered Qualifications & Skills
- 35 years of account management/sales experience in cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, or FMCG.
- Strong network and knowledge of pharmacy chains and independent pharmacy operations.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret sales data and forecast demand.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to travel frequently to visit pharmacy clients.
