Danube Properties is seeking an experienced Sales Head Indirect Sales to lead and scale its channel partner network. The role is responsible for driving sales through brokers, agencies, and strategic channel partners, with a strong focus on volume, revenue growth, and market expansion across domestic and international markets.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Indirect / Channel Sales function and define strategies to maximize sales through real estate brokers and channel partners.
- Develop, onboard, and manage a strong network of local and international channel partners, ensuring consistent deal flow.
- Set sales targets for channel partners and monitor performance against KPIs.
- Build long-term relationships with key brokerage houses, channel sales managers, and agency owners.
- Design and execute incentive schemes, campaigns, and partner engagement programs to drive productivity.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams including Marketing, CRM, Sales Operations, and Finance to ensure smooth deal closures.
- Ensure full compliance with RERA regulations, company policies, and ethical sales practices.
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer demand to refine indirect sales strategies.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for senior management.
- Represent Danube Properties at broker events, roadshows, and international exhibitions.
Required Qualifications & Experience- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 10+ years of real estate sales experience, with minimum 5 years in a senior indirect/channel sales leadership role.
- Strong exposure to Dubai real estate market and channel sales ecosystem.
- Proven experience working with Indian subcontinent buyer markets or similar high-volume investor markets (preferred).
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional regional languages are an advantage.
