Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales role in the HR industry, based in Giza. The Sales professional will identify and pursue new business opportunities, present Up Source's HR solutions to prospective clients, and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals. Daily activities include building and maintaining client relationships, conducting meetings and presentations, preparing proposals, and following up to ensure client satisfaction. The role also involves collaborating with internal HR and operations teams to align client needs with service offerings, providing basic training or product overviews to clients, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system. The person in this position is expected to meet sales targets, monitor market trends, and contribute insights to improve sales strategies and service offerings.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including clear presentation abilities and professional business writing.
- Proven Customer Service capabilities to build trust, address client needs, and maintain long-term relationships.
- Demonstrated Sales experience in B2B environments, ideally within HR services or related industries.
- Experience in Sales Management or account management, including pipeline management and target achievement.
- Training skills to explain HR solutions, guide clients on service use, and support onboarding when needed.
- Knowledge of HR services (recruitment, outsourcing, insurance) and ability to translate client needs into solutions.
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
- Comfort working on-site in Giza and collaborating with cross-functional internal teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in HR consulting, staffing, or outsourcing is an advantage.
