Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

• Build and Manage Insurance Partnerships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with insurance companies to secure coverage for pharmacy products and health care services. Negotiate contract terms to maximize mutual benefits.

• Oversee Contract Management: Review, update, and manage all insurance agreements, ensuring full compliance with contractual obligations and identifying areas for enhancement.

• Assess and Address Customer Needs: Analyze customer requirements for insurance coverage and ensure these needs are met through effective agreements with providers.

• Coordinate with Internal Teams: Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure thorough understanding and proper implementation of insurance agreements. Provide training and awareness to front-line employees.

• Enhance Billing and Collection Processes: Design and implement improved billing and collection procedures to ensure timely payments from insurance companies.

• Ensure Legal and Regulatory Compliance: Make sure all insurance contracts and related practices comply with local regulations governing insurance and health care services.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate for this role will:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field and have experience in the Saudi Market

• Saudi National Preferred

• Candidate can be based in either Khobar or Riyadh

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance sales or insurance relationship management, preferably within the health care or pharmacy sector.

• Strong skills in negotiation and contract administration.

• In-depth understanding of insurance policies related to health care and pharmaceutical services.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to build lasting business relationships.
