Assist the sales team in daily operations, including preparing sales materials, organizing customer information, and maintaining sales data records.
Support sales activities such as product promotion, customer follow-up, and after-sales service coordination under the guidance of team members.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis, collect industry information and customer needs, and provide data support for sales strategy formulation.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions, actively learn sales knowledge and product expertise, and continuously improve professional skills.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, technical support) to ensure smooth progress of sales-related projects.
Complete other sales-related tasks assigned by the team leader.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree candidate in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or other computer-related majors.
Strong learning agility, able to quickly grasp new knowledge and skills related to sales and products.
Excellent stress resistance, capable of adapting to a fast-paced work environment and completing tasks efficiently under tight deadlines.
Good team spirit, able to cooperate effectively with team members to achieve common goals.
Fluent in spoken and written English, able to communicate smoothly in English work scenarios.
Basic computer operation skills, familiar with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency in Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, writing), able to handle cross-cultural communication tasks.
Previous internship experience in sales, marketing, or related fields is a plus.
Basic understanding of sales theories or digital marketing knowledge.
