Job Description

We are excited to offer an unpaid Sales Internship Program for fresh graduates interested in building a career in technology sales.

The program spans six months, providing practical experience in sales strategies, client engagement, and Microsoft solutions. Upon successful completion, there is a potential opportunity for full-time employment with our team.

Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and support.

Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services.
  • Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and quotas.

Account Planning

  • Develop account plans and strategies to meet client needs.
  • Monitor account performance and ensure customer satisfaction.

Business Development

  • Prospect and acquire new clients through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Conduct presentations and demos to showcase solutions.

Negotiation & Closing

  • Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts.
  • Close deals while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal teams (technical, marketing, finance) to deliver solutions.
  • Provide feedback to improve products and services.

Qualifications:

  • Fresh Computer Science Graduate (Bachelor's Degree).
  • Fluent in English.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
