About the Challenge
Are you ready to prove you can sell anything, starting from zero We are looking for a Sales Intern to join Sofindex.
Your mission is simple: Find clients for Sofindex and close deals. But there is a twist: You must do this with a $0 marketing budget. We will not pay for ads, premium lead lists, or expensive software. You must use your brain, free tools, and pure effort to build a strategy that generates revenue.
- What You Will Do Create Your Own Strategy: You will not be handed a list of leads. You must design a plan on how to find potential clients for Sofindex using only free resources.
- Be a Detective (Market Research): Use free tools (like Google Search, LinkedIn Basic, and Gemini/ChatGPT) to find companies that need our services.
- Reach Out (Outbound Sales): Contact potential clients via email, LinkedIn, or social media. You will write your own messages and test what works best.
- Close the Deal: Conduct discovery calls, explain the value of Sofindex, and negotiate the sale.
- Build Free Assets: Need a slide deck or a visual to help you sell You will create it yourself using free tools like Canva.
- Report Your Wins: Keep track of who you contacted and how. We want to see how you are getting results without spending money.
The Zero-Budget Rule
You are required to be resourceful. You will need to figure out how to:
- Find decision-makers emails for free.
- Use organic (free) social media to find prospects.
- Use AI to write scripts and automate tasks without a paid subscription.
- Who We Are Looking For You are a Hunter: You don't wait for work to come to you; you go out and find it.
- You are Creative: When you hit a wall (like a paywall), you find a way around it.
- You Speak Business: You are comfortable talking to business owners and decision-makers in English.
- You are a Fast Learner: You can quickly understand Sofindex's services and explain them simply to others.
- Availability: You are available part-time for one month and can work during European business hours.
- Compensation Paid Internship: This is 100% commission-based.
- The Reward: You get paid a commission on the first payment from any client you successfully close.
- Currency: All payments are in USD.
- Note: There is no base salary. You eat what you killyour earnings depend entirely on your success.
