Role Description The Sales – Kitchen & Furniture role is a full-time, on-site position based in New Cairo. The team member will welcome customers, understand their needs and preferences, and recommend suitable kitchen and furniture solutions aligned with Mr Home's design philosophy and budget considerations. Daily tasks include presenting product features, preparing quotations, following up on leads, and supporting customers through selection, ordering, and delivery coordination. The role also involves maintaining showroom displays, ensuring a clean and inviting environment, and collaborating with designers and operations to deliver a seamless customer experience. The person in this position will actively contribute to achieving sales targets while providing consistent, professional service.
Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients, understand their requirements, and build long-term relationships.
• Awareness of Hygiene and professional presentation standards within the showroom and in customer interactions.
• Basic knowledge of Food Preparation and Cooking to understand practical kitchen workflows and advise on functional kitchen layouts and storage.
• Previous experience in furniture or kitchen sales, interior design, or retail environments is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in New Cairo, manage time effectively, and meet sales goals in a fast-paced setting.
• Comfort with using digital tools (CRM systems, spreadsheets, design catalogs) for tracking leads and preparing offers.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business, design, or a related field is a plus.
