Key Responsibilities
✔ Respond to incoming leads from social media and marketing campaigns.
✔ Generate qualified leads organically through LinkedIn, Facebook, and other channels.
✔ Qualify prospects and identify their business needs.
✔ Register and continuously update leads and activities in
Odoo CRM.
✔ Follow up with prospects via phone, WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn.
✔ Schedule meetings and ERP demos with qualified prospects.
✔ Follow up on proposals and opportunities through the full sales cycle.
✔ Manage opportunities from
Lead Generation to Closing.
Requirements
✔ 1–3 years of B2B Sales / Lead Generation experience.
✔ ERP / Software Sales Experience Is Preferred.
✔ Strong communication, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
✔ Good experience with lead generation and CRM systems.
✔ Target-oriented and organized.
✔ Odoo ERP knowledge is a strong plus.

- Perfect written English
