Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields:
Marketing - Business Administration - Management Information Systems (MIS) - Industrial Engineering - Accounting - E-Commerce - Finance
Additional requirements:
- Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work in field sales
- Passion for building a long-term career in Sales
Program Responsibilities:
- Attend the practical training during the Preselection Internship period
- Participate in group interviews and assessments
- Develop core skills in sales, negotiation, and customer management
- Execute real field assignments alongside the Sales team
- Commit to the personalized development plan throughout the program
- Participate in sales projects and support market data analysis
