Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Management Specialist to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will support the sales department, manage communication with China HQ, and ensure smooth coordination across teams to enhance overall sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team with daily operations and coordination.
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports, performance dashboards, and forecasts.
  • Manage customer data, follow-ups, and sales documentation.
  • Coordinate between UAE operations, regional teams, and China HQ.
  • Assist in internal communication, workflow improvement, and project tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Fluent Chinese (Mandarin) speaker; English is required.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Previous experience in sales operations or sales coordination is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
