Job Purpose:
Lead and manage a sales team for lubricants in the UAE, overseeing sales, marketing, and day-to-day operations for various sectors (retail, commercial, government, etc.). Increase brand market share, manage client relationships, and stay aware of competitor activities.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Lead and train the sales team, ensuring performance targets are met.
- Manage sales, financial performance, and staff operations.
- Handle customer relationships, technical presentations, and tender bids.
- Monitor and report monthly and yearly performance.
- Coordinate with supply chain and distributors to meet customer needs.
- Develop marketing plans and promotional strategies.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through product quality, support, and delivery.
- Manage pricing and sales forecasts.
Financial and Operational Responsibilities:
- Review OPEX and CAPEX for budget optimization.
- Oversee credit policies and manage customer credit limits.
- Ensure timely payment collection and follow up on overdue amounts.
- Manage annual sales and contribution margin budget.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of relevant managerial experience.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
- Knowledge of lubricants and market competition.
- Analytical skills and ability to manage teams effectively.
