Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in staffing, recruitment, or manpower outsourcing.
- Native or fluent Arabic speaker with strong English communication skills.
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent networking, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of UAE and GCC recruitment markets.
- Ability to work independently under a hybrid work model (office and remote).
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, target, and secure new client accounts across UAE and GCC markets in staffing and recruitment.
- Develop and present customized talent solutions to clients based on their hiring needs.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular follow-ups and consultative engagement.
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities to support strategic growth.
- Lead RFP/RFQ processes, commercial negotiations, and contract execution.
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
