Sales Manager - Auto Spare Parts (Japanese)

We are in search of a Sales Manager who will contribute to the execution of the Middle East sales strategy, focusing on delivering measurable results through a structured go-to-market approach.

Job Title: Sales Manager - Middle East (Auto Spare Parts - Japanese)

Salary: AED 15,000 to 18,000 + Commission + Standard Law Benefits

Location: Dubai, UAE

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive spare parts sales and 2+ years
• Proven experience handling Middle East markets.
• Deep understanding of the automotive aftermarket industry
• Should be willing to travel across Middle East regions.
• Candidate must be either based in Dubai or open to relocation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identifying and attracting new customers
• Managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Monitoring the fulfillment of contractual obligations and tracking accounts receivable
• Supporting the execution of the company's sales strategy
• Collaborating with the sales team to achieve sales targets
• Contributing to the overall growth and performance of the sales department
• Develop and execute sales strategy for automotive aftermarket parts across assigned African markets.
