We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our brand to new heights! We believe in innovation, quality, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

As part of our team, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of automotive sales while fostering a culture of excellence and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly targets in volume, profit, CSS scores, prospecting, test drives, and closure rates.
  • Actively oversee the showroom sales process, including handling negotiations, discounts, and product and technical discussions.
  • Implement and oversee a structured sales process for the team, from prospecting to follow-up.
  • Ensure compliance with company sales policies and procedures.
  • Lead, train, and motivate sales employees to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Stay updated on vehicle USPs and ensure effective presentation by the team.
  • Analyze competitors product offerings and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Evaluate employee performance and identify training needs.
  • Prepare daily reports on sales activities, showroom traffic, and stock updates.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including marketing, finance, and suppliers.

What We're Looking For

  • A minimum of 3 years work experience in managerial automotive Sales
  • Proven track record in selling either volume vehicles is a strong advantage
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
