We are looking for a proactive and results-driven B2C Sales Manager to lead and scale a high-volume B2C sales and support function, working closely with the Head of Revenue. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, managing large teams within a 24/7 operation, and ensuring service excellence, compliance, and consistent delivery against KPIs.
The ideal candidate is a strong people leader with proven experience in managing high-value client portfolios and leading large B2C sales teams in fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate a B2C sales and support team of approximately 40 team members within a 24/7 operational environment
- Drive revenue performance and ensure monthly and annual KPIs are consistently achieved or exceeded
- Oversee day-to-day B2C sales operations, including sales activities, client engagement, and customer support
- Manage and grow high-net-worth client relationships, ensuring a premium service experience
- Ensure high service standards and timely follow-ups across all prospective and existing clients
- Monitor and manage KPIs including application volumes, revenue, gross profit, and contact metrics
- Ensure full compliance with UAE business setup regulations and internal policies
- Develop, implement, and monitor training and performance development programs
- Prepare performance reports and insights to support data-driven decision-making
- Act as a problem solver for operational and people-related challenges
- Enforce performance standards and take corrective action when required
- Collaborate closely with other department heads to ensure alignment across functions
- Represent the organization professionally in all internal and external engagements.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (Master's Degree desirable)
- 68+ years of demonstrably successful experience in B2C sales
- Proven experience managing high-net-worth clients
- Strong people management experience, including large teams and 24/7 operations
- Track record of driving revenue growth and managing sales KPIs
- Solid understanding of sales performance management, reporting, and forecasting
- Business setup / company formation experience is preferred, however candidates from banking, insurance, wealth management, or stock market backgrounds are also encouraged to apply
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong problem-solving ability with a decisive and confident approach
- Experience in training, coaching, and developing high-performing sales teams.
