We are looking for ambitious and result-driven Sales Managers to join our expanding sales force and represent Binghatti's premium off-plan developments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive direct sales of Binghatti's luxury and off-plan projects.
• Manage end-to-end client engagement from prospecting and presentations to negotiations and closing.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and channel partners.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and pricing strategies.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive lead conversion.
• Participate in events, property launches, and exhibitions to promote the brand and projects.

Requirements:

• 35 years of real estate sales experience in Dubai.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of Dubai's real estate market and developer projects.
• Self-motivated, confident, and performance driven.
