About the Role

We are seeking a Sales Manager Banking Partnerships to lead growth across the Middle East and North Africa.

You will connect with banks and financial institutions that want to add digital-asset capabilities from crypto trading to custody and guide them through partnership discussions and integrations.

This is a high-impact, front-facing role at the crossroads of fintech, banking innovation, and digital assets.

What You'll Do

• Identify and approach potential banking and financial partners across MENA.
• Lead the full partnership process: outreach presentation negotiation go-live.
• Explain Bitexen MENA's regulatory, operational, and technology strengths to senior executives.
• Coordinate with legal, compliance, and product teams during onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partner banks.
• Represent Bitexen MENA at fintech and banking events throughout the region.

Who You Are

• 7 years experience in fintech or financial-services enterprise sales.
• Solid understanding of digital banking, payments, or crypto infrastructure.
• Proven track record of creating and managing partnerships with banks.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Arabic native speaker, fluent in English (written & spoken).
• Based in, or ready to relocate to, Abu Dhabi.
