Sales Manager (B2B) IoT & Fleet Solutions

Boxtech is hiring a Sales Manager to drive B2B sales for our technology solutions, including IoT devices, fleet management systems, sensors, and smart monitoring solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Grow B2B sales and develop new business opportunities
  • Promote Boxtech solutions (IoT, fleet tracking, sensors, smart devices)
  • Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, meetings, proposals, negotiation, and closing
  • Build strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Work with technical/operations teams to deliver the right solutions
  • Achieve sales targets and maintain CRM reports
Requirements
  • Proven experience in B2B sales (preferably IoT, telematics, fleet management, or tech solutions)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Target-driven and self-motivated
  • Experience in solution selling and client relationship management
Preferred
  • Experience in fleet tracking, GPS, telematics, or sensor solutions
  • Network in logistics, transport, or industrial sectors
