Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Sales Manager, headquartered in Cairo, Egypt. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, developing sales strategies, and managing a high-performing sales team. The chosen candidate will engage with partners and clients across various industries to identify opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction. Flexible work arrangements allow for a combination of on-site and remote tasks, though the role is primarily based in Cairo.

Qualifications

• Proven sales expertise, including skills in sales planning, business development, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Customer relationship management and client communication capabilities to foster trust and long-term partnerships.
• Strong leadership, team building, and coaching skills to manage and motivate a sales team effectively.
• Strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and data-driven decision-making to manage sales operations effectively.
• Proficiency in market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and innovative strategies.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is required, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• A strong preference will be given to candidates with direct experience in the chemical, detergent, industrial cleaning, or related B2B sectors.
