Job Description
  • Should have prior exp of Business Development / Sales in IT Staffing.
  • Willing to travel - client locations on need basis.
  • Should have IT talent deployment exposure.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close.
  • Knowledge of lead generation, nurturing and converting a potential lead to appointments
  • Good experience in contract staffing, MSP, RPO, and providing SOW based solutions to clients
  • Responsible for achievement of revenue target and management business objectives
  • Directs the management of sales and sales support activities for staff members to implement growth plans and sales activities
  • Develop and implement marketing, sales, and business development plan to exceed target levels.
