Key Responsibilities:
Lead the team of Consultants, and provide needed support for them .
Implement the Performance Review for the team
Identify and target potential individuals for the training academy's programs.
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting and networking.
Conduct thorough research on potential students to understand their specific training and development
Requirements:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with individual learners for repeat business or referrals.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contractual agreements, and successfully close sales.
Collaborate with the Operations teams to ensure that programs meet or exceed student's expectations.
Meet and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, receivables and performance metrics set by the Team Leader.
Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or education.
3 Years experience in sales, Preferably in the training and education industry.
Willingness to travel when necessary for client meetings and events.
A deep understanding of the training academy's programs and their alignment with Student needs, Strong knowledge of training and development programs and their impact on individuals and organizations.
