Role Title: Sales Manager Property Development (Based in Dubai)
Location: Dubai, UAE
Primary Objective: Drive and accelerate propertysales performance for the company's development portfolio, activate brokers and channel partners, deliver on KPIs and ensure the revenue targets are achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement and own the sales strategy for the off-plan projects in line with company goals.
- Activate broker channels, conduct broker briefings, handle client meetings, and achieve sales targets.
- Manage, build and deepen relationships with brokers, channel partners, high-net-worth clients, real-estate networks and investor groups.
- Ensure high standards of accountability, sales ethics, CRM usage, pipeline hygiene and documentation compliance.
- Monitor market dynamics in Dubai, competitor activity, pricing trends, buyer sentiment and adapt sales tactics accordingly.
Experience
- Strong track record in off-plan property sales in Dubai: ideally 5 years with demonstrable success in a property Developer.
- Deep knowledge of Dubai real-estate market (off-plan, investor driven) and associated legal/regulatory environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, targetdriven, ability to work under pressure, strong commercial acumen.
Preferred: Bachelors in Business or equivalent; fluency in English.
