We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager Sales to join our team in Riyadh, KSA. The successful candidate must have a minimum of 4 years of experience selling IT solutions and IT services. This is an individual contributor role, and the ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, sales, and business development capabilities. We are looking for a go-getter having experience and knowledge of Saudi market.
Key Responsibilities:- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets by selling IT solutions and services.
- Develop and expand business opportunities in the market.
- Build and manage a robust individual sales pipeline.
- Design and implement successful individual sales strategies.
- Demonstrate expertise in CRM, Call Center, and BPO-focused industries and solutions.
- Translate technical products and services into value-driven business solutions.
- Maintain excellent customer relationships and deliver high-quality service.
- Display strong motivation, initiative, and a passion for achieving goals.
Requirements:- Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in selling IT solutions and services.
- Track record of consistently meeting or surpassing sales objectives.
- Deep understanding of CRM, Call Center, and BPO-related solutions.
- Additional experience with Salesforce, Odoo, and MS Dynamics will be an additional plus.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Currently residing in Saudi Arabia.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory.
