The
Sales Manager Commercial Real Estate is responsible for leading and driving the sales performance of the project's commercial real estate portfolio, including leasing and/or sales of commercial units. The role ensures strong revenue generation, disciplined pricing, and high-quality deal execution while protecting the long-term commercial positioning and value of the asset.
This role acts as a critical bridge between
market-facing sales activity and internal commercial governance, ensuring that all transactions align with approved pricing strategies, market conditions, and profitability objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead commercial real estate sales and/or leasing activities across assigned asset classes
- Drive revenue growth through structured pricing, deal optimization, and conversion strategies
- Manage negotiations and oversee deal approvals to ensure commercial and legal compliance
- Monitor market trends, demand drivers, and competitor activity within the commercial real estate market
- Coordinate closely with Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Operations to ensure sales readiness and smooth deal closure
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and performance reports
- Build and manage relationships with brokers, channel partners, and key clients
- Support the development and enforcement of sales policies, incentives, and commercial controls
- Balance short-term revenue delivery with long-term asset positioning and tenant / buyer quality
