DESCRIPTION:
- Setting and monitoring budgets, revenue, and expenses for Qatar
- Developing and implementing marketing, sales, and distribution strategies
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, acting as the main point of contact
- Performance Analysis: Monitor distributor performance against KPIs and sales targets; implement corrective actions where needed
- Logistics Optimization: Work closely with distributors to optimize delivery schedules, reduce lead times, and improve cost efficiencies
- Market Intelligence: Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights across Qatar
- Training and Support: Provide continuous training to distributors to ensure effective execution
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on performance, opportunities, and risks, and present recommendations to management
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Food FMCG sales and distributor management is mandatory
- Strong understanding of distribution logistics and supply chain management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools
