About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales operations within our company. The ideal candidate will develop strategic sales plans, drive new business opportunities, and manage client relationships to achieve revenue and market share goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in domestic and international oil & gas markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and contractors.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to meet KPIs.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to align customer solutions.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts and performance reports.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
  • Strong knowledge of oil & gas equipment and services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office.
