We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth across Saudi Arabia. The role is responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing key customer relationships, expanding market presence, and achieving sales targets across multiple industry sectors.
The successful candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth, identifying strategic opportunities, and strengthening relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets across Saudi Arabia
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within targeted industries and markets
- Manage and grow relationships with key accounts and strategic customers
- Generate and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through proactive business development activities
- Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure new contracts and projects
- Work closely with operational and technical teams to deliver customer-focused solutions
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and business plans to support commercial objectives
- Ensure all sales activities and opportunities are accurately maintained within the CRM system
- Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities to promote company services and enhance market visibility
- Collaborate with regional and global teams to leverage service capabilities and maximize customer value
- Ensure compliance with company policies, commercial procedures, and corporate governance requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Science, Environmental Studies, Chemistry, or a related discipline
- Minimum 5–10 years of sales and business development experience, preferably within the Testing, Inspection & Certification (TIC), Industrial Services, Engineering Services, Oil & Gas, Energy, Construction, or Manufacturing sectors
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong experience in key account management and new business acquisition
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong commercial awareness and customer-focused approach
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively within Saudi Arabia
- Existing network within industrial, energy, construction, manufacturing, or government sectors in Saudi Arabia
- Understanding of testing, inspection, certification, engineering, or technical service environments
- Experience managing large strategic accounts and complex commercial opportunities
