You will be responsibleto assist with theefficient running ofthe department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies andbrand standards, whilst meetingemployee, guest and owner expectations.

The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth for Andaz Doha through proactive sales activities, strategic account management, and business development. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with corporate and leisure accounts, while maximizing hotel occupancy, and market share.The Sales Manager is responsible to act as a sales specialist and be responsible to ensure the related revenue is maximized in the most profitable way in line with the agreed targets.

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of hotel sales experience, preferably within a luxury or upscale hotel environment.
• Mandatory GCC hospitality sales experience, with strong knowledge of the Qatar and wider GCC market.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and generate new business opportunities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and networking skills.
