Sales Manager / Business Development (Agency Experience Only)

Role Overview:

At MedMarket Agency, we're looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to lead our business growth. The key requirement for this role is a strong, hands-on understanding of how marketing agencies and creative production companies operate.

We don't sell ready-made products we sell creative and production solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new B2B clients and identify collaboration opportunities with major brands and government entities.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations (Pitching) with the ability to sell the idea and the concept/storyline to the client.
  • Understand the full project lifecycle (from Brief to final delivery) to price services accurately and profitably.
  • Build long-term relationships and convert one-off projects into annual retainer contracts.

  • Mandatory Requirements (Please read carefully):

    • Previous experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a digital marketing agency or an advertising/creative production company. (Applications with experience outside this industry will not be considered.)
    • Network: A strong network of relationships with Marketing Managers in companies and government entities.
    • Deep understanding of key industry terminology (Production pipeline, Media Buying, Creative Strategy).
    • A proven track record of achieving sales targets in a service-based environment (not product/retail sales).
